RUPP AG takes over further production site in Europe
Ingredient Solutions in Ireland to be part of RUPP AG in future

RUPP AG, headquartered in Hörbranz, announces the purchase of a production facility in Ireland.
Dr. Josef Rupp, CEO, is pleased about this development and the resulting opening up of new markets in Europe. The purchase of the Irish company Ingredient Solutions is a further successful step towards the international expansion of RUPP AG. (www.ingredientsolutionsltd.com)
The companies do not only complement each other excellently from a market point of view, but especially from a product point of view they are an excellent addition to RUPP AG.
The Irish company will continue to operate independently on the island and will profit from Synergies and know-how transfer. The managing director, who has been in office for 20 years, will also remain with the company. Step by step, the company is trying to rethink and exploit synergies in export, the development of the British market and other additions.
The approx. 100 employees will also be taken over. At this location, approx. 12,000 tons of various cheese products are produced per year.
