Established in 2000, Ingredient Solutions provides innovative cheese ingredients to the food industry. In May 2022, the company became part of Rupp, the largest family-owned company in the Austrian dairy industry, founded in 1908. Rupp operates from its headquarters in Hörbranz and a further 12 strategic sites across Europe and Asia, producing processed and natural speciality cheeses.
In 2025, we opened a new state-of-the-art production facility at our Boherbue, Co. Cork site. This major investment increases our capacity, efficiency and technical capabilities — ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standards of quality, innovation and service to our customers throughout Ireland, the UK, Europe and beyond.
