The Role:

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, verbal, numerical, and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- A strong work ethic with a flexible and positive attitude
- Knowledge of an accounting software package (advantageous, but not essential)

Assistant Production Manager

Ingredients Solutions Ltd is looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised professional who thrives in a hands-on leadership role, supporting production efficiency, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and leading the production team, reporting directly to the Production Manager
- Acting as deputy to the Production Manager when required
- Executing the daily production plan to ensure targets are met efficiently
- Ensuring full compliance with company Quality systems, GMP, hygiene standards, and BRC requirements
- Upholding HACCP and Halal policies and ensuring team adherence at all times
- Monitoring production to ensure compliance with product specifications, packing requirements, SOPs, and customer standards
- Training, mentoring, and developing supervisors, line leaders, and operators
- Updating and improving SOP documentation where appropriate
- Following up on action plans from internal/external audits and customer complaints
- Driving waste reduction initiatives and maintaining minimal waste levels
- Supporting sustainability initiatives by promoting efficient use of resources, reducing environmental impact, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes
- Assisting with end-of-month stock counts and improving stock control procedures
- Liaising with Sales and Planning teams to optimise production scheduling and product flow
- Supporting continuous improvement through process development and operational efficiencies
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within food production
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards (BRC knowledge an advantage)
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement

Qualified Industrial Electrician

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician who thrives on fault-finding, problem-solving, and keeping production running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Electrical fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair of production machinery
• Supporting and maintaining PLC-controlled and automated systems
• Performing preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
• Working closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
• Assisting with installations and contractor coordination when required
What We’re Looking For:
• Recognised Industrial Electrical qualification (National Craft Certificate or equivalent)
• 3–5 years’ experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in food manufacturing or high-care environments (an advantage)
