Reports to: Production Manager | Full-Time
Salary: Dependent on experience
About the Role
Lead and coordinate Intake, Deboxing and Dispatch operations, ensuring safe and efficient material flow, accurate stock control, on-time deliveries and full compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Intake, Deboxing and Dispatch activities in line with production and customer requirements.
- Lead, support and develop team leaders and operatives, driving accountability, training and performance.
- Maintain stock accuracy and full traceability, including intake quality, temperature and quantity checks.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, GMP, Hygiene, HACCP, Halal, BRC, SOP and Health & Safety requirements, while maintaining audit readiness.
- Drive efficiency, waste reduction and continuous improvement across material handling and warehouse processes.
- Ensure accurate picking, loading and dispatch according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
- Monitor KPIs including waste, efficiency, service and stock accuracy, supporting cost control and P&L performance.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Sales and Maintenance, supporting audits, corrective actions and operational problem-solving.
Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or production environment, ideally within food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of stock control, traceability and food safety standards, including BRC, HACCP, GMP and Halal.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A results-focused approach to KPIs, operational efficiency and cost control.

Ingredients Solutions Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for a Qualified Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced food production environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician who thrives on fault-finding, problem-solving, and keeping production running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Electrical fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair of production machinery
• Supporting and maintaining PLC-controlled and automated systems
• Performing preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
• Working closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
• Assisting with installations and contractor coordination when required
What We’re Looking For:
• Recognised Industrial Electrical qualification (National Craft Certificate or equivalent)
• 3–5 years’ experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in food manufacturing or high-care environments (an advantage)
