This new study, published in “The Journal of Nutrition” aimed to determine whether increasing the amount of dairy foods to four servings a day reduced malnutrition risk in older adults in aged care.
The research published on 10th January 2023 was entitled:

Milk, cheese and yogurt are high-protein foods that are familiar to older adults. They are also palatable, inexpensive, and widely available.
